Summer joined us as our Reception Manager in September of 2025. She brought with her a strong background in animal care, having previously worked as both a kennel technician and veterinary assistant. Originally from Burgaw, she moved to Wilmington in 2024 and has been dedicated to helping animals feel their best ever since. At home, she shares her life with her partner Zach, her dog Pepper, her cat Andromeda, and two adorable guinea pigs, Saturn and Juniper. In her free time, Summer enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, and playing games with family and friends.
